  • What are your business hours?

    We are open everyday from 8am - 9.45pm. 

  • How old do I need to be in order to place an order?

    You must be 18+ medicinal or 21+ recreational. A valid form of ID is required at the time of purchase. A third-person may not complete your transaction for you.

  • Does Space Flyt have a Delivery Minimum?

    Yes, our delivery has a minimum order of $50. The subtotal must be $50 pre-tax and post-discount.

  • How long will it take for my cannabis delivery?

    Space Flyt is transforming the way cannabis is delivered by providing a variety of options to fit your needs. Whether you want to order a pre-roll, an edible or an ounce, Space Flyt will get it to you within 90 minutes or less (120 mins on a bad day) traffic in Los Angeles is a nightmare. Our drivers undergo a vigorous training program and are background checked, insured and certified by Space Flyt.

  • Do you guys offer any Rewards?

    We are offering a stamp card at a location, after a described offer, the patient can redeem the offer percentage

    Does Space Flyt charge taxes?

    Yes, we charge City and State Sale Tax, also including Cannabis Excise Tax.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    No, we do not accept returns for any reason. All cannabis sales are final in compliance with California Health and Safety Codes.

  • Can I exchange or replace a defective product?

    If you believe your product to be defective, please contact our help center ASAP. Be prepared to provide your order number and a photo of the item with the packaging and receipt. Defective products must be surrendered in it's original packaging within a 24 hour window. Defective products will be exchanged for another product of the same brand and price point at our discretionIt needs to be verified by the management.

  • Can I exchange/replace an item I have already consumed?

    No, any agreement of an exchange or replacement is VOID following consumption of the entire product or if the product is thrown away.
